- Confirm your order – you’ll receive a confirmation email right after.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping notification with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within a short window after purchase. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it - but you may be eligible for a return once it arrives.
